                                Semi Boneless chicken breast wrapped with a mushroom duxelle in puff pastry.  Finished with a
                                wild mushroom demi glace and served with lemon grilled asparagus and whipped potatoes

                                 Crisp semi boneless half roasted duck served finished with a wild cherry bourbon glaze and

                                served on a bed of Himalayan red rice with our vegetable du jour

                                Char grilled choice 6 oz. beef filet topped with a sour cream based demi glace infused with wild mushrooms and
                                caramelized pearl onions.  Accompanied by our vegetable du jour and whipped potatoes

                                A choice 12 oz. rib eye steak rubbed with our own coffee chili seasoning and char grilled to your liking.
                                Finished with a rosemary chocolate demi glace and set with a roasted potato medley and our vegetable du jour

                                Slow roasted and finished with a wicked root beer chipotle bbq glaze, apple baked beans and our homemade horseradish coleslaw 

                                Milk Braised Pork 'Short Rib'   $18
                                Boneless pork short rib slow braised in a 50/50 mix of pork stock and milk, served with whipped potatoes,
                                braising 'gravy' and vegetable du jour

                                Shrimp and Langostine Pasta 'Provencal'   $21
                                Shrimp and langostines sauteed in a rich tomato, garlic, white wine and Parmesan cream sauce tossed with cavatappi pasta

                                Wild mushroom filled ravioli simmered in a walnut sage cream and finished with truffle oil

                                "Manhattan" Filet with Langostine  $30
                                A center eye cut New York Strip, fully trimmed, finished with a langostine, aka mini-lobster butter.
                                Served with roasted potatoes and vegetable du jour


                                Scallop Lobster Mac & Cheese   $21
                                Chunks of day boat scallops and lobster tossed with shell pasta in a rich white cheddar cream sauce, topped with
                                our special crust and baked 'til bubblin'.  Served with a side of lemon grilled asparagus


                                Hamburgers and steaks that are served rare or medium rare may be undercooked and are served at the request of the customer.
                                Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness.
                                Parties of seven or more may have a 20% gratuity added to the bill.  A split plate charge of $5 per entree added to the bill.
